Ei Publican Partnerships enhances recruitment tool to attract prospective publicans
Ei Publican Partnerships is working with MyPubGroup.ltd on a new recruitment portal, MyPubDNA, as part of its ongoing digital enhancement project designed to support the recruitment of prospective publicans
MyPubDNA helps Ei Publican Partnerships to discover, drive and define its vacant positions within the marketplace. Through its cutting-edge technology and insights, the portal will help the group discover how its pubs are performing in the recruitment marketplace, drive its recruitment strategy based on live analysis, and help define offers and agreements to ensure each pub vacancy is pitched to its target market.
The recruitment tool lists available pubs to let across the sector, filtered by rent level and requirements, including food or drink, led, as well as the local demographics and offers a downloadable database of significant and thorough regional statistics.

In addition, MyPubGroup.ltd has been able to create an add-on to the portal called MyPubMatch – enabling a candidate’s personal profile to be matched to suitable vacancies using a bespoke algorithm that matches the potential publican's skills and desires to available pubs.
